Shipping

We offer FREE ground SHIPPING on all orders shipped within United States. For faster delivery methods, please contact us for a quote. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier for free shipments. Shipping carriers used are USPS and UPS.

For orders delivered outside of United States, we offer a flat rate fee of $10. Please contact your local authorities regarding possible duty fees that your country might have for orders delivered outside of United States. Reija Eden Jewelry is not responsible for non-paid import taxes and we won’t be able to issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries outside of United States that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.

Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges on unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to sending a product for a return or exchange for authorization number. Shipping fees for returns/exchanges are not refundable. All custom orders are final sale.

Sales Tax

Sales tax 8.75% is charged for deliveries in California.

Privacy Policy

We don’t share any customer information such as name, address, telephone number etc. with any outside entity. All information is kept private and solely used for the purpose of billing and completing an order. Emails collected via newsletter sign-up are not shared with any outside entity. They are used internally only for email marketing and product update purposes.
