1. Apply on your hands
You can apply a drop or two of essential oils on your hands and inhale to get the benefit of aromatherapy.
2. Apply on your temples and neck
You can also mix a teaspoon of a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil or almond oil with 3-5 drops of essential oils and apply it on your neck and temples for relief. Peppermint is a great cooling and refreshing essential oil that also works great for headaches.
3. Use in Shower
You can add a drop or two on the corner of your shower and have aromatherapy fill the shower while you inhale. Eucalyptus essential oil is great to use if you feel congested or have a cold. Citrus oils are great for refreshing.
